You were uniquely conceived and a vessel of God’s love. He has provided you with abundant gifts and desires that you use them for the purpose of bringing yourself and others into a more perfect union with Him.

The Mission

The Way, The Truth & The Life

  • In Life’s Journey, the goal is simple. It’s to prove worthy to be called a Child of God.

  • The poison of a secular society is indifference to God.

Our society minimizes the virtues imprinted by God on our soul at conception. An imprint that brands us to emulate the Creator’s love. Love of neighbor as ourselves for the love of God.

  • Inspired by the Savior’s command and informed by divine teaching is the belief that love of our neighbor is second only to the love of our Creator.

Angels of Charity & Hope Foundation seeks contributions for the needy. All gifts are provided in the form of gift cards or direct payments to a service provider.

They are distributed to the working poor, the destitute elderly, the infirmed, the dying, physically or mentally challenged, abused child or adult ... individuals who are, have or would work but have a financial situation they cannot handle.

There is no application or means test.

In 2022, the national poverty level for a family of 4 is $27,750.00. In Texas, one in 7 families exists at or below this level. One in 5 children live in poverty. 30% of our neighbors have difficulty paying bills.

Rising cost due to growing inflation’s impact on fuel and food has destroyed buying power of the working poor.

An unexpected medical bill or vehicle repair causes untold stress and anxiety.

Our mission is to accept another’s burden in the hope of providing relief to what appears to them an insurmountable problem.

When the Foundation pays for an unexpected expense it allows the poor to have money for food; when the Foundation covers a repair bill it allows the poor to have money for rent; when the Foundation pays for an emergency medical procedure it allows the poor to buy clothing.

Placing ourselves in our neighbor’s situation is the call; relieving the burden is our mission.

A Beautiful Example of the Foundations Mission

A man was in a hurry to check out at a local grocery store and found himself behind a woman with two small children.

He selected the line because the woman had very few items in the cart.

It was obvious the woman was poor.

With every minute delay the man grew more impatient.

When the public assistance card the woman was trying to use was declined, he reached a breaking point.

He looked at the cashier and asked … how much is the bill. He was told $22.37.

He gave the cashier $25.00 while thinking I’m going to be late, friends are arriving and the wife’s going to kill me.

The cashier reached to give him change - he said …. give it to her she needs it more than I do.

The young woman turned to him. Her face was flushed. Tears were in her eyes … she said … Thank you …God bless you.

My husband was laid off. He’s looked but hasn’t found work.

I’m so embarrassed. I’m so sorry.

After leaving the store, the man sat in his car several minutes.

He knew something had just happened that he was unprepared for.

He felt ashamed for being so obviously impatient, rude, and unmoved by another’s pain … suffering.

He wished he had acted with compassion instead of irritation.

As he was leaving the parking lot - the man said a prayer, for a man he did not know, to find work.

Small acts of charity have unintended consequences. Sometimes more so on the giver than the receiver.
